Nursing shortage

In order to secure more permanent, fulltime nurses, DeKalb Medical is implementing an aggressive recruitment campaign. Our goal is to recruit 200 full-time nurses by the end of the fiscal year.  

Moving forward, each nursing department will have two recruiters, an assigned nurse recruiter as well as an Allied Health/Support Services recruiter. We are employing this two-pronged recruitment strategy and if applicable, for each department without losing recruiting efforts on the support staff.
